    Abstract: A semiconductor memory device composed of double gate-type field effect transistors, each of which has a control gate (25), and a floating gate (23) that stores electric charges. The semiconductor memory device requires an arrangement of reciprocal structures, namely a structure adapted to inject charges into the floating gate of the memory device, and a structure adapted to read-out the stored information. To this end, the device employs an injection-only transistor (TrW) with a structure adapted for charge-injection and a read-only transistor (TrR) with a structure adapted for reading, the floating gates (23) of both the transistors being electrically coupled to each other, the control gates (25) thereof being connected to a first common signal-wire, the drains (22W, 22R) thereof being connected to second-and third- different signalwires, respectively, and the sources (21W, 21R) thereof being grounded.

    Abstract: A process and apparatus for recycling iron material components of dusts discharged from iron manufacturing furnaces such as blast furnaces and converters and removing zinc type metals and compounds from such dusts to avoid their deposition and accumulation on the furnace walls. A welt method is employed for separating the iron dust components from the zinc and removing these zinc type metals and compounds. The zinc material is made identifiable or "earmarked" from the iron material by being selectively ground or otherwise reduced to finer particles than the iron material, the zinc material then being removed from the iron material by wet separation under negative pressures for reclamation or disposal. The iron material remaining is processed for recycling into the furnace.

    Abstract: 1,216,716. Kasugamycin. ZAIDAN HOJIN BISEIBUTSU KAGAKU KENKYU KAI. 13 March, 1968 [7 April, 1967], No. 12131/68. Heading C2A. The antibiotic kasugamycin is produced by cultivating a strain of Streptomyces kasugaspinus FIIST No. 72, or a kasugamycin-producing mutant thereof, in an aqueous medium containing an assimilable source of carbon and nitrogen under submerged aerobic conditions. A typical medium comprises maltose, soybean meal, KHPO 4 , MgSO 4 .7H 2 O, NaCl, CuSO 4 .7H 2 O, ZnSO 4 .5H 2 O, peptone, CaCO 3 and soybean oil. Kasugamycin is isolated from the fermentation broth by methods disclosed in Specification 1,094,566.
