Abstract:
This invention provides a unique method and process for selling, gifting and redeeming a subscription of certain products via an online marketplace. The method includes offering subscription based products for sale via an online retail store that utilizes an Announcement Package (either electronic or physical), whereby the Announcement Package enables recipients to activate their subscription using a unique activation code and order number. Once the recipient has activated their subscription, they can order products by redeeming installments or points associated with their subscription using a system that provides the recipient ultimate flexibility in managing their subscription, empowering them to customize each order based on his or her needs.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely integrate a battery, in an electric two-wheeler including a first frame part (10) extending up to the lower end (10b) from the upper end for supporting a front wheel steering tube (6), a second frame part (20) extending up to the lower end (20b) rigidly fixed to the first frame part from the upper end for receiving a seat part (9), a battery case (52) arranged in a battery housing space (60) in rolling configuration and an electric driving motor.SOLUTION: The battery housing space is partitioned at least into a vertical plane by a lower part (12) of the first frame part (10), a lower part (22) of the second frame part (20) and a pedal part (61). These lower parts (12 and 22) have mutually joined lowest parts (14 and 20b) and upper end parts (13 and 23) between which the pedal part extends in the rolling configuration.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bike which satisfactorily benefits from the advantages of a belt transmission without having the drawbacks linked to installing the belt transmission.SOLUTION: The bike includes: a first frame element 10 extending from one end carrying a front wheel housing to a lower end 10b; a second frame element 20 extending to a lower end rigidly fixed to the lower end 10b; a rear fork 8 having a chainstay 32 extending from the first frame element to a spindle support 33; a seat stay 36 extending from the spindle support to the second frame element; a crankset 40 having a lateral chainring 41; a rear wheel driven by a sprocket 45 inside the fork; and a belt 43 engaged with the chainring and the sprocket. The chainstay has a major portion 61 arranged below a straight line D passing through the lower ends of the chainring and of the sprocket. The belt extends through the triangle formed by the second frame element, the chainstay and the seat stay.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a reliable steering assembly for a two-wheeler preventing the angular stopping of the steering from generating an excessive shock.SOLUTION: The steering assembly for the two-wheeler includes a head tube 12 rigid with a frame and defining a swivel axis x, and a steering rod 14 mounted swiveling through the head tube and connected on the one hand to the handlebar and on the other hand to the fork. A torque generation device includes an elastically deformable component 32 arranged in a space inside the steering assembly and surrounding the steering rod 14. The deformable component has a first portion 33 that cooperates with the head tube 12 and a second portion 34 that cooperates with the steering rod 14, so as to create restoring torque about the swivel axis when the steering rod 14 swivels through at least a given angle with respect to a neutral angular position corresponding to travel in a straight line.
Abstract:
There are provided processes for manufacturing trim boards. The processes can comprise applying a thin layer comprising an alkyd based primer sealer on at least one surface of the trim board; heat drying the thin layer so as to at least partially cure the thin layer comprising the alkyd based primer sealer; cooling the at least one surface; and applying a thin layer comprising a sealer on the thin layer comprising the alkyd based primer sealer. There are also provided methods for reducing and/or preventing migration of tannins in pine wood.
Abstract:
A DEVICE FOR DRIVING AND STOPPING A MACHINE, MORE PARTICULARLY A SEWING MACHINE. BETWEEN AND ELECTRIC DRIVING MOTOR AND AN OUTPUT PULLEY OR THE LIKE CONNECTED TO THE MACHINE, THERE IS PROVIDED A SPEED-REDUCING TRAIN AND AN ELECTROMAGNETIC-CLUTCHING AND -BRAKING DEVICE. THE LATTER COMPRISES TWO COAXIAL COILS, ONE OF WHICH CONTROLS THE CLUTCHING BY CAUSING, UPON EXICITATION, THE MOVEMENT OF AN ASSEMBLY INTEGRAL WITH A CLUTCH-COUPLING MEMBER AND THE OTHER ONE OF WHICH CONTROL THE BRAKING BY APPLICATION OF A FRACTION PACKING HOUSED IN A SUPPORT OF SAID ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE AGAINST A PLATE INTEGRAL WITH THE MOVEABLE ASSEMBLY.
Abstract:
A continuous passenger transportation installation comprising conveyor trains circulating continuously, but not at uniform speed, and loader trains bringing passengers from platforms to the conveyors or from the conveyor trains to platforms. Each conveyor is connected to a loader on at least one part of the journey between two stations to allow transfer of passengers between the two trains. This installation also comprises driving means on board, and controls to ensure connection and separation of the two trains.
Abstract:
An installation for transportation by trains made up of carriages able to move first within a network of their own, which may be a rail system, and then in an ordinary automotive vehicle network. Passengers pass from one network to another whilst remaining in the same carriage, thus abolishing loss of time due to halts for loading. Carriages circulate in the first network according to the principle of segmented trains, then as convoys, and lastly as individual vehicles.
