THE LATTER COMPRISES TWO COAXIAL COILS, ONE OF WHICH CONTROLS THE CLUTCHING BY CAUSING, UPON EXICITATION, THE MOVEMENT OF AN ASSEMBLY INTEGRAL WITH A CLUTCH-COUPLING MEMBER AND THE OTHER ONE OF WHICH CONTROL THE BRAKING BY APPLICATION OF A FRACTION PACKING HOUSED IN A SUPPORT OF SAID ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE AGAINST A PLATE INTEGRAL WITH THE MOVEABLE ASSEMBLY.

Abstract: A runner system for injecting a liq. resin into a mould cavity for hot curing in situ, where the mould runner is jacketted and chilled by a liq. coolant and the cavity gate can be sealed by a sliding plug. The mould runner is fed from a distribution runner which allows the resin to recirculate while the mould is closed. Used esp. for injection moulding polyester, epoxy or phenolic resins etc., to make automobile bumpers or other parts. Design avoids setting up of resin and progressive fouling within ther runner system.
