Abstract:
A method for determining the field of pressure of a continuous fluid medium (1) on the surface of an object (2), based on the effect of quenching the luminescence of certain luminophores by an active substance and providing for the application of a sensitive layer (3) containing the corresponding luminophore on the surface of the object (2); introducing the object with the sensitive layer applied to its surface into the continuous fluid medium (1), providing for excitation of luminescence of the luminophore of the sensitive layer and introducing the corresponding active substance into the continuous fluid medium; recording the change of luminescence parameters of the luminophore of the sensitive layer caused by quenching of luminescence by the active substance and determining, on the basis of said change, the field of pressure of the continuous fluid medium on the surface of the object. A device for implementing the method comprises a light source (4) exciting the luminescence of the sensitive layer (3), a recorder (5) of the luminescence field of the sensitive layer and a luminescence parameter processing unit (6).

In accordance with the claimed invention a method of sterilizing plant pollen provides for treating the plants, during the fifth and/or the sixth stage of organogenesis, with a sterilizing agent, chosen from a group comprising the derivatives of 2-thiazoline of general formula (I) HBr, where R1 = NH2; (a); (b); S - C 6H13; S - C8H17; S - C9H19; S - C10H21; R2 = C3H7; CH2Br; CH2SC(NH)NH2 HBr; H; R3 + R4 = O; R3 = R4 = H.
Abstract:
A method of focusing the monochromatic radiation by means of phase modulation where the latter is carried out depending on the phase and intensity of the focused monochromatic radiation and on a predetermined intensity distribution in the focusing area, by means of establishing such a correlationship between the points of the focused wave front and the points of the focusing area, where to each point of the focused wave front corresponds one point of the focusing area. A device for implementation of the method comprises a reflecting (1) or transmitting plate provided on its surface with zones (5) each of them having a continuous relief (6), the height of which and the form of the zones are changing in correspondence with the phase and the intensity of the focused monochromatic radiation and with the predetermined intensity distribution of the focused radiation in the focusing area.
