The method for packaging tiles comprises: a step of collecting (1) a sheet (F1) from the warehouse (M); a step of positioning (2) the sheet (F1) above the tile (P) in order to cover a part or all of the upper surface (S) of the tile (P); a step of realising (3) a packaging structure in a shape of a frame with packaging material comprising realising a frame (C) about the sides (B) of the tile (P) wherein the frame (C) comprises longitudinal portions (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6; L7, L8, L9, L10, L11) facing and in contact with the sides (B) of the tile (P) and at least an upper flap (A1; A 7) hinged to a longitudinal portion (L1; L7) of the longitudinal portions (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6; L7, L8, L9, L10, L11) which is folded with respect to the longitudinal portion (L1, L7) so as to superpose on at least a part of the first edge of the sheet (F1); a step of fixing, by fixing the frame (C) to the sheet (F1).

The invention relates to a method for scanning a coloured surface (2) of a tile and a device which actuates the method. The device (1 ) for scanning a coloured surface (2) of a tile (3) comprises a matrix of photodetectors (4) comprising a plurality of rows of photodetectors (5) which are parallel and placed side by side, the matrix of photodetectors (4) does not comprise any colour filter above the photodetectors (4) and the rows of photodetectors (5) are near each other and spaced by a distance equal to at least one pixel; the matrix of photodetectors (4) is arranged such as to acquire, in synchrony with a temporal scanning interval, an image of a surface band (6) of a coloured surface (2) to be scanned of a tile (3). The device also comprises: a plurality of lamps (7) each having a light emission spectrum different from a light emission spectrum of another lamp of the plurality of lamps (7); the lamps of the plurality of lamps (7) being arranged such as to illuminate the surface band (6) of the coloured surface (2) to be scanned of the tile (3); the lamps of the plurality of lamps (7) being commandable to switch on at least one at a time at each temporal scanning interval; conveyor means (8) provided for restingly receive and transport the tile (3) to be scanned and for determining a relative movement between the tile (3), on a side, and the matrix of photodetectors (4) and the plurality of lamps (7), on the other side, in a movement direction which is perpendicular to the plurality of rows of photodetectors (5) such that for each surface band (6) of the coloured surface (2) to be scanned of the tile (3) a predetermined number of images is acquired.

The transfer system (100) of slab-shaped articles (L) in outlet from a firing kiln comprises: a roller (10) conveyor (1), for conveying the rows of slab-shaped articles (L) in outlet from the firing kiln towards a first conveyor (2) which comprises a first series of belts (20) wound in a loop arranged parallel to one another, which is arranged at a terminal portion (11) of the roller (10) conveyor (1) so that the relative belts (20) are interposed between adjacent rollers (10) of the roller conveyor, and which is predisposed to transfer the rows (F) of slab-shaped articles (L) laterally to the roller (10) conveyor (1). The transfer system (100) further comprises a second conveyor (3), comprising a second series of belts (30) loop-closed and arranged parallel to one another, the first conveyor (2) and the second conveyor (3) being mutually arranged in such a way that the portions of the first series of belts (20) in proximity of the final part of the first conveyor (2) and the portions of the second series of belts (30) in proximity of the initial part of the second conveyor (3) are flanked and parallel to one another, and reciprocally interposed. The second conveyor (3) is predisposed to received, from the first conveyor (2), an article from the row of articles and to separate the article from the row and transfer it downstream.

A loading device (100) of cardboard blanks, for loading cardboard blanks (F) internally of a store (M), comprising: a rest element (1), by the side of the mouth of the store (M) and which is predisposed to restingly receive a stack of cardboard blanks (F) to be loaded into the store (M) above cardboard blanks (F1) already present in the store (M) and in a condition of depletion; a laminar element (2), translatable with respect to the rest element (1), a pusher (3), movable so as to be able to push and translate the stack of cardboard blanks (F) from the rest element (1) to above the mouth of the store (M). The laminar element (2) is translatable with respect to the rest element (1) in order to be positioned in the advanced position (P2) at the mouth of the store (M) above the cardboard blanks (F1) already present in the store, while the pusher (3) is movable so as to be able to push the stack of cardboard blanks (F) from the rest element (1) above the laminar element (2). The laminar element (2) is translatable with respect to the rest element (1) in order to be translated into the retracted position (P1) so as to be retracted from the mouth of the store (M) and to release the stack of cardboard blanks (F) above the cardboard blanks (F1) present in the store.

The plant (M) for palletising slab-shaped articles, being large-dimension tiles (P), has a gripping device (100) which comprises: a head (T), movable above a first pick-up position (P1) of a tile (P) arranged vertically, and a second release position (P2), wherein the tile (P) must be arranged vertically above the support element (B); gripping means (1, 2), mounted on the head (T) and movable between a splayed configuration (D) and a neared configuration (R) so as to be able to clamp a tile (P) and exert a gripping action on the tile (P). The gripping device further comprises at least a lateral abutment element (3) of the tile (P), predisposed and configured, with respect to the head (T) and the gripping means (1, 2), in such a way that when the gripping means (1, 2) are activated to release the grip on the tile (P) positioned on the support element (B) and the head (T) is moved to raise the gripping means (1, 2) by an amount such as to disengage the gripping means (1, 2) from the tile (B), the lateral abutment element (3) is in an abutting position facing a portion of a face (PF) of the tile (P) so as to prevent a tilting of the tile (P).

The straightening device (D) for straightening a slab-shaped article (P), in particular an unfired tile, with respect to a movement direction (T), comprises a conveyor means (1) for moving the slab-shaped article (P) along a movement direction (T) towards the abutting barrier (2). The abutting barrier (2) is constituted by a plurality of abutting elements (20) each of which is conformed so that the relative lateral surface (21) has at least a flat portion (22). The abutting elements (20) are mounted rotatably idle on relative vertical rotation axes (23) which are arranged aligned along a transversal and perpendicular direction (Z) to the movement direction (T). The abutting elements (20) are mounted on the rotation axes (23) in such a way that the flat portion (22) of the lateral surface (21) thereof is substantially transversal to the movement direction (T), and facing towards the slab-shaped article (P) which is moved by the conveyor means (1) towards the abutting barrier (2), so that the abutting elements (20) abut a transversal side of the slab-shaped article (P) only with the flat portions (22) of the lateral surfaces (21) thereof.
