Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for intravascular imaging. A plurality of intravascular images representing a blood vessel of a patient are acquired and each of a subset of the plurality of images are provided to a convolutional neural network to provide a set of candidate segmentations of either or both of a lumen boundary and a vessel boundary associated with the blood vessel. The set of candidate segmentations are to a regression model to produce contours of the lumen and vessel boundaries.
