Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal apparatus for achieving the use of a video telephone for capturing a self-portrait and the use of a digital camera for capturing a scenery image in such a state that any mobile section is absent by one system camera and control processing means in the mobile terminal apparatus on which a camera is mounted, and for enabling a mobile terminal apparatus user to use a photographic angle without considering it in a wide azimuth direction visual field. SOLUTION: The apparatus mounted with an optical system consisting of a mirror unit and a camera unit includes: an image capturing means for capturing peripheral images in two or more azimuths; a means for extracting the rectangular visual field image of an arbitrary azimuth and an elevation angle range from the imaged peripheral image, and for performing image processing; a display means for displaying the rectangular visual field image; and a means for creating the rectangular visual field image from the peripheral image by switching the azimuth range for capturing the self-image of the mobile terminal apparatus user and the azimuth range for capturing the scenery image as the azimuth which is utterly different from this. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible path structure for a semiconductor chip, which realizes a fine and high-density wiring by using a semiconductor for the purpose of wiring, significantly improves manufacturing yield by avoiding defects of completed individual semiconductors, owing to the capability of flexibly determining a connection path, enables the control of time delay between points by the flexible selection of the connection path, and enables the flexible definition of an electric circuit itself on the semiconductor depending on the combination. SOLUTION: The smallest units for connection are spread and arranged between any points on the semiconductor chip. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content mail transfer coupling system in which an existing mail server system can be effectively utilized, which can be constructed easily at low cost, and in which even a general user can easily distribute content mail. SOLUTION: A content distribution side comprises a video file storage means for storing video data in a video file together with time information, a content mail distribution means for making the video file into mail and distributing the mail to a content receiving side as content mail, and a notification mail receiving means for receiving mail from the content receiving side, and the content receiving side comprises a mail receiving means for receiving mail from the content distribution side, a reception notification means for notifying that content mail is received, and a video file processing means for extracting/storing a desired portion from the received content mail, and coupling the desired portion, based on the time information, so as to be utilized. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program information creating apparatus in which program information indicating contents of programs can be created even without a program guide, the contents of the programs can be visually grasped and furthermore, more accurate program information can be created. SOLUTION: The program information creating apparatus comprises: a reception means for receiving a video image transmitted from a distribution means of a broadcasting station or the like; a management means for extracting the received video image as a still image in a predetermined timing or as a moving image for a predetermined period in the predetermined timing, defining the extracted image as sampling information and creating program information from the sampling information, information of the distribution means and information of a reception time zone relating to the sampling information; a storage means for storing the program information, and an output means for outputting the stored program information. The content storing and distributing system receives the contents which the content providers have, distributes the received contents in response to requests from the users, and collects the money due from the users on behalf of the content providers.
