Abstract: It is a problem to be solved to provide Electric power control systems and methods which do not require one-to-one communications in both directions, in which the communications traffic does not rapidly increase even if the number of electric power consumption elements increases and which have good expandability. In addition, it is also a problem to be solved to provide information transfer capability control systems and methods which can be worked by the similar principles. In over to solve the problems, information representing an indication value for adjusting total consumed electric power which is a function of the difference between a current value and a reference value of the total consumed electric power in the group is transmitted by broadcast. Respective electric power consumed elements included in the group receive the information, and calculate, independently and in parallel, their own update values for consumed electric power by an operation using their own degrees of priorities and the indication value for adjusting total consumed electric power, and control their own consumed electric powers based on this. Information transfer capabilities can be controlled by the similar principle.

Abstract: [Problem] When configuring a device for storing and supplying fluid, each components such as vessels, valves/pipes and the like, are placed independently outside a vessel that stores the fluid, and even if these components are small, the volume of the area between the components cannot be effectively used because each of them occupies the surrounding area, and when the total size of the device is limited, it is difficult to ensure a sufficient volume of the vessel that stores the fluid. The present invention provides a design for a configuration of a mechanism consisting of components such as valves/pipes and the like, that functions for storing and exhausting the fluid inside the storage vessel to innovatively improve the volume usage efficiency of the device.

Abstract: A heat exchanger generally employs a method for supplying liquid having critical pressure or higher or high pressure in order to suppress boiling. However, gas obtained by a evaporator behind the heat exchanger has relatively low pressure, and therefore supplying the liquid to the heat exchanger requires a system for converting an energy form of the obtained gas into kinetic energy or electrical energy, and increasing the pressure by a mechanical pump. Thus, the complicated system involving an efficiency loss is only solution, and it is difficult to achieve simplification of a system or reduction in the weight of a propellant supply device in a moving body, specifically, a flying object.

    Abstract: [Problem]
A heat exchanger generally employs a method for supplying liquid having critical pressure or higher or high pressure in order to suppress boiling.
    [Solution]
To provide a device of the present invention that pressurizes and supplies raw fluid as a material of gas by use of the relatively low pressure gas itself obtained by vaporizing liquid without requiring conversion of an energy form of the gas into kinetic energy or electrical energy, and to provide a system and a method that uses the device to supply propellant in a moving body, specifically, a flying object.
