    Abstract: A pipe fitting joint assembly, comprising: a guide sleeve (12), provided with a first concave-convex structure (121) on the outer wall of one end thereof; a connecting body (11), provided with a second concave-convex structure (111) on the inner walls of both ends thereof; and an inner gear ring (23), provided with a third concave-convex structure (231) on an inner ring thereof and a fourth concave-convex structure (240) on an outer ring thereof. The inner gear ring (23) is concentrically inserted into the connecting body (11); the fourth concave-convex structure (240) and the second concave-convex structure (111) are in interference fit; the guide sleeve (12) is concentrically inserted into the inner ring gear (23) of the connecting body (11); and the first concave-convex structure (121) and the fourth concave-convex structure (240) are in clearance fit therebetween using a moving interference manner. During use, the guide sleeve and the inner gear ring rotate relative to each other, and the first concave-convex structure and the third concave-convex structure scrape against each other due to movement interference, thus generating friction sound and a vibrating feeling when touched by a hand. A user may thus determine whether a pipe is installed correctly by listening for a friction sound and feeling for vibration.

    Abstract: A pipe fitting connecting method and a connecting structure, comprising the following steps of: providing an elastic sleeve (10) at the position of an end opening of a pipe material (20) in a sleeving manner, and clamping the pipe material by means of a clamping sleeve (01) of a push tool; fixing a connecting pipe body (30) to a clamping ring (02) of the push tool, the front end of an insertion end (310) of the connecting pipe body being a guiding-in section (312), the rear end of the insertion section of the connecting pipe body being an expansion section (314), the outer diameter of the guiding-in section being equal to the inner diameter of the pipe material, and a conical ring (316) with a small front end and a large rear end being provided on the periphery of the expansion section; and enabling the insertion end of the connecting pipe body (30) to be forcefully inserted into the pipe material, the pipe material and the elastic sleeve (10) being gradually expanded along the conical ring (316) of the expansion section, and when the insertion end (310) is inserted in place, the pipe material and the elastic sleeve retracting, so as to enable the pipe material (20) and the connecting pipe body (30) to be tightly connected. Without an expansion tool, expansion is conducted directly by means of the insertion end of the connecting pipe body, thereby saving a large amount of working time; the pipe material and the elastic sleeve are evenly expanded in a whole circumference manner, thereby effectively avoiding pipe material damage caused by excessive expansion.

    Abstract: A connecting joint includes a connecting tube and a first compression sleeve. The connecting tube includes a first tube connecting section for connecting a first tube and a second tube connecting section for connecting a second tube. The first tube connecting section and the second tube connecting section are communicated and an annular connecting plate is arranged therebetween. The first compression sleeve is sleeved on the second tube connecting section. A first insertion hole is formed between an inner wall of the first compression sleeve and an outer wall of the second tube connecting section. A first annular groove is formed in an outer surface of one end of the second tube connecting section. An end portion of one end of the first compression sleeve close to the annular connecting plate is bent toward the second tube connecting section and inserted into the first annular groove.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a pipe connector structure, comprising a connector body (100), a supporting seat (200), a housing (300) and an elastic member (400), wherein a first end of the supporting seat is sheathed outside the connector body, a second end of the supporting seat is separated from the connector body, and an accommodation cavity (110) is formed between an inner wall of the supporting seat and an outer wall of the connector body; a first end of the housing is sheathed outside the supporting seat and engaged with the supporting seat, and a second end of the housing is located outside the second end of the supporting seat such that a tightening cavity (120) is formed between an inner wall of the housing and the outer wall of the connector body; an insertion port (310) for the insertion of a pipe is formed between an end portion at the second end of the housing and the connector body; and the elastic member is sheathed outside the connector body and is located in the tightening cavity, and a channel for the passage of the pipe is formed between the elastic member and the connector body. In use, the pipe is inserted through the insertion port such that the elastic member can be sheathed outside the pipe. When the pipe is pulled outwardly, the elastic member moves with the pipe and gradually tightens the pipe so as to prevent the pipe from separating from the pipe connector structure. This pipe connector structure is easy to install and operate.
