Abstract:
In a method for the production of coagulated products, in particular food products obtained by the coagulation of dairy and similar products, the starting material coagulation step involves the heating of the material itself at least in part by indirect means. Preferably, such indirect heating is obtained by passing steam through a jacket or similar hollow space shrouding the coagulation container. The degree of coagulation of the finished product may be controlled by the regulation of the quantity of heat transmitted directly or indirectly to the starting material.
Abstract:
A machine for rotocompressing materials, comprising a chamber (23) defined by motorized rollers (3) and to which the materials to be rotocompressed gain access, means being provided to produce skewing of the rollers (3) and hence and axial thrust on the rotocompressed material, in which said means for skewing the rollers (3) in order to discharge the chamber (23) are provided by supporting at least part of said rolers (3) at one of their ends by a ring (2) rotatable about a shaft (92) eccentric to the axis of said ring.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a photocatalytic treatment system for reducing the nitrogen content in livestock waste comprising the following steps: • separation of the gross solids from the sewage as is by filtration; • temperature control of the separated sewage at a preset temperature; • aeration with air flow; • contact of the aerated sewage for a preset time with a photoactive phase composed of a modified semiconductor; • exposure of the sewage to light radiation. The invention also relates to a photocatalytic treatment plant for reducing the nitrogen content in livestock waste comprising: • a reactor (1 ) provided with light radiation generating means (2) and photocatalyst means composed of a modified semiconductor, suitable to contain for a preset time the sewage to be treated, containing nitrogen in organic form, previously separated from the gross solids by means of filtration; • means (3, 4, 5) for the insufflation of air into the reactor; • heat exchanger means (6) connected to heat generating means (7); • discharge means (8, 9) of the nitrogen and of the gaseous compounds; • feed (10) and discharge (11) means of the sewage to be treated.
Abstract:
An accessory (1) for collecting and storing bales (B) of compacted loose material formed by a baling machine comprises a frame (2) extending from an entry end (2a) for the bales (B) to a distal end (2b), to define an accumulation channel in which the bales (B) of compacted loose material are contained and guided. Advantageously, the accumulation channel for the bales (B) has a first curvilinear section extending from the entry end (2), in which it receives a plurality of bales (B) in a corresponding curvilinear arrangement.

Abstract:
An apparatus for producing pellets comprises a pelletizing chamber (3) with an inlet. The chamber (3) includes a die (7) having a wall with holes (8) for extruding pellets and presser means operably associated with said die (7) for pressing the bulk material to be pelletized out of said pelletizing chamber (3) through the holes (8) of said die (7). Advantageously, the presser means include a drum (9) which fits into the die (7) with a certain clearance to move towards/away from the holes (8), with drive means operating on the drum (9) to cause it to move within and relative to the die (7).
Abstract:
An accessory for collecting and storing bales (B) of compacted loose material formed by a machine (100) for compacting loose material into bales (B), comprises a frame for supporting said bales (B), which comprises: a front structure (3) having fixing means (4) for fixation to the machine (100), a rear structure (2) having such conformation as to define a cradle (C) for said bales (B) and articulated connection means (5) for connecting the rear structure (2) to the front structure (3). Advantageously, the articulated connection means (5) allow articulation of said frame from a lowered configuration in which the rear structure (2) substantially forms an extension of the front structure (3) along a first direction (X-X), and a raised configuration in which the rear structure (2) is tilted with respect to said front structure (3) at a predetermined angle as viewed in the first direction (X- X) •
