Abstract in simplified Chinese:本发明系关于一种制造TWIP及奈米双晶沃斯田不锈钢之方法。该沃斯田钢应含有不多于0.018重量%之C、0.25-0.75重量%之Si、1.5-2重量%之Mn、17.80-19.60重量%之Cr、24.00-25.25重量%之Ni、3.75-4.85重量%之Mo、1.26-2.78重量%之Cu、0.04-0.15重量%之N以及余量的Fe。为了在材料中形成奈米双晶,应使沃斯田不锈钢达到一低于0℃之温度,且赋予其塑性变形至形成所要奈米双晶的程度(例如,达到约30%之塑性变形)。本发明亦系关于如此制造之沃斯田不锈钢。

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing chips of a cutting target material.SOLUTION: The body of this device comprises at least one of first insert seats (108;208;308;408) arranged so as to receive cutting inserts (112;312;412). The first insert seat comprises at least one of acting parts (117;217;317;417) having at least one of first seating faces (116;216;316). As the acting part is restricted to at least one direction in the axial direction by at least one localization surface, and to the inside with respect to the central axis in the radial direction. The body is arranged to receive cutting inserts in the first insert seat, as viewed in a direction orthogonal to at least one of the first seating faces, so that the cutting inserts may cover a region (170) demarcated by a shim member and by the at least one of the first seating faces of the acting part. The second insert seat is so arranged as to receive shim members (128;228;328;428) that occupy less than 90% of the region (170).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the machining precision of a milling tool formed for hobbing a workpiece with teeth such as cog gear and rack.SOLUTION: Each segment has a hub for a plurality of milling inserts spaced in the direction of a tangent to the segment and an outer peripheral cam, and is connected removably to each adjacent segment. Each segment has a through-hole located on a rotation axis, and each through-hole is directed to one another so that a central duct serving as a cooling medium duct is formed in a tool body. Segments adjacent to each other are connected to each other with torsional rigidity. The tool has a first end whose one side is connected removably with torsional rigidity to a first segment among the segments and whose other side is provided with a connection member that is connected to a torque source with torsional rigidity so that every torque from the torque source is supplied to the cylindrical tool body via the first end.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate a tool of a type including two parts oriented along a common central axis and mutually connected detachably by a screw joint, and parts and the screw joint thereof.SOLUTION: A cutting tool and a loose top therefor include two parts connected detachably by a screw joint, and the screw joint includes a male screw 10 and a female screw operated in cooperation in a form of helical threads 10. A profile shape of each of the helical threads 10 is defined by two flanks 22, 23 demarcating a helical groove having a peak 21 and a bottom 25. The first flank 22 is inclined at a first angle α relative to a central axis of the tool, and the first angle α is smaller than a second angle β of the second flank 23 relative to the central axis. Accordingly, compared to a thread having a symmetrical profile shape, the thread 10 is reinforced, and a tensile force larger than a compression force can be applied to the screw joint, and moreover, damage to the thread 10 can be avoided.
