The engine has two contrarotating rotors (2) in an engine housing (1), each lying on a central axis. The working rotor has a protrusion that slides on the housing wall in gas-tight manner and the auxiliary rotor has a depression. Inlet and outlet valves (5) are driven via camshafts. And the working and auxiliary rotors are driven via gearwheels. The housing is water-cooled and variable compression can be achieved by varying the induction and combustion (4) chamber volumes.

Stabilized polyethylene materials which offer an advantageously balanced combination of thermal, mechanical and processing properties, and which maintain their physical properties in chlorinated water environments are disclosed. The materials include an antioxidant system with components to provide extraction resistance in hot water environments and additionally provides oxidation resistance to both chlorine in the water interior of the pipe and oxygen in contact with the pipe's exterior.

The present invention relates to a polyethylene resin having a multimodal molecular weight distribution, said resin being further characterized in that it has a density in the range of from about 0.925 g/ccm to about 0.950 g/ccm, a melt index (I 2 ) In the range of from about 0.05 g/10 min to about 5 g/10 min, and in that it comprises at least one high molecular weight (HMW) ethylene interpolymer and at least a low molecular weight (LMW) ethylene polymer, and a composition comprising such resin. Stabilized polyethylene materials which offer an advantageously balanced combination of thermal, mechanical and processing properties, and which maintain their physical properties in chlorinated water environments are disclosed. The materials include an antioxidant system with components to provide extraction resistance in hot water environments and additionally provides oxidation resistance to both chlorine in the water interior of the pipe and oxygen in contact with the pipe's exterior.
