Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting apparatus that achieves uniform lighting by adjusting refraction angle for each of a plurality of LEDs with lens arranged on a substrate.SOLUTION: The LED lighting apparatus includes: an LED substrate 30 on which a plurality of LED light sources 31 are arranged; a housing plate 26 to which the LED substrate 30 is attached; a lighting cover lens unit 1 attached to the housing plate 26 in a manner allowing the LED substrate 30 to be accommodated; a light input element 22 protruded and formed at a position of the LED light sources 31 on one surface of the lighting cover lens unit 1; and deflection lens elements 5 to 18 protruded and formed on the other surface of the lighting cover lens unit 1 in a shape integrated with the light input element 22.
