Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a foamed resin container with a label comprising the steps of supplying a sheet having a label shape printed at a predetermined position thereof, and positioning the label shape for blanking it out, wherein a series of processes from the step of positioning to the step of forming is followed so as to easily and continuously manufacture foamed resin containers with a label and an apparatus for use with the same method. With the method, it is possible to locate the position of a label with greater accuracy. Therefore, even when a pliable thin sheet of resin in which no base material such as paper is used is used, it is possible to make a blanked label integral with a foamed resin container at a predetermined position without forming it into a tubular shape.

The above object is achieved by a resin composition for producing foam particles, the resin composition comprising a base resin containing a polycarbonate resin having a glass transition temperature of 140 to 155° C. and an amorphous polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 100 to 130° C., and the amorphous polyester containing a unit derived from a cyclic diol.
Abstract:
Provided are a method for manufacturing a molded foam, and a molded foam. A method for manufacturing a molded foam includes: a molding step of molding the molded foam; and a releasing step of opening a fixed mold and a mobile mold and extruding the molded foam from the fixed mold by an ejector pin. The molded foam has an inclined face that is inclined relative to a direction of opening the mold. The inclined face has a recess for extruding of the molded foam by the ejector pin. The tip surface of the ejector pin has a first extruding surface that is perpendicular to the mold opening direction and forms a bottom face of the recess, and a second extruding surface that is inclined relative to the first extruding surface.
