Abstract: A standard rectangular shaped low level toilet cistern is designed to have an outside corner recess - which space contains a height adjustable urinal, in modular unit with it. The urinal is totally enclosed within the volume area of the cistern. The urinal bowl is accessed by a handle / finger pull situated at the top corner side of the cistern - allowing the urinal bowl to be moved quickly outward and upward to an optimum position. The urinal bowl will remain at any chosen height - without external support. When the bowl is placed back in the "closed" position — a push down button [which opens a water valve] - may be activated to release a spray of water into the bowl. This water valve is sited directly over the urinal bowl and could also be a non-concussive type releasing a predetermined quantity of water to rinse out the bowl.
