Abstract: The present invention relates to a container closure assembly for a container. The container has a longitudinal axis, an opening and an upper peripheral portion extending about the opening and the longitudinal axis thereof. The assembly includes a closure member shaped to extend over the opening of the container. The closure member includes a channel shaped to receive the upper peripheral portion of the container. The assembly includes a coupling member. The coupling member includes a grippable portion spaced-apart below the closure member and a coupling portion coupled to and extending upwards from the grippable portion. The coupling portion is shaped to selectively couple to the closure member so as to bias the upper peripheral portion of the container towards the channel. The coupling portion includes an inner surface that extends parallel with the longitudinal axis of the container.

Abstract: An interface circuit permits a customer who receives two-phase service fr om an electrical utility company to use power from an on-site source instead of or in addition to the utility company's power. Several embodiments are disclosed, in some of which the interface circuit automatically disconnects the utility company 's power lines if the utility's power is lost and connects the on-site power source. The interface circuit may be installed in whole or in part in a meter collar whi ch fits between an electric meter and the meter socket box that the meter would otherwise plug into.

Abstract: A method of closing a container involves the following steps. Firstly, providing a clamping ring having an inner circumference, an outer circumference and an external engagement on the outer circumference. Secondly, providing a lid with a circular inner sidewall having an internal engagement. Thirdly, fitting the inner circumference of the clamping ring over the circular outer sidewall of the container from the bottom until the clamping ring engages the rim. Fourthly, placing the lid over the rim and engaging the internal engagement of the lid with the external engagement of the clamping ring to clamp the rim of the container between the clamping ring and the lid.
