PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic business form system allowing intake of a business form created in each terminal in a managing computer without individually customizing a business form creation means of each the terminal, and allowing batch management of the business form. SOLUTION: In each the terminal 20, after a spool file creation means 25b creates a spool file for print and print management information of the business form, a first file conversion means 25c converts business form peculiar information of the business form inputted on a prescribed input screen, and the spool file for the print and the print management information of the business form into one PostScript file. In the managing computer 30, a second file conversion means 34 creates business form data file and business form management information based on the PostScript file, and a file management means 35 stores the business form data file into a database 31 according to contents of the business form management information and manages it. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber probe subjected to measurement without replacing the the probe as a whole, when changing the kind of measurement regarding a measuring object. SOLUTION: This optical fiber probe 1 comprises the probe body 2, a measuring part 3, and an outer cylindrical cap 4 attached detachably to the main body for storing the measuring part to be coupled to the body. A protrusion 32 on a base end face of the measuring part 3 is engaged with a recess 22 of the body 2, a spacer 23 on an end face of the body is brought into contact with the base end face of the measuring part 3, each core 31 of the measuring part is brought into contact with an end face of each core 21, on the base end face, and the each core is connected under the condition where the each core is conformed with an optical axis. The cap 4 is attached to the main body to be screwed in astride a range from the measuring part 3 to a small-diameter part in the main body 2. An edge part 41a of an opening 41 on a front end face of the cap 4 with a projected measuring area 33 of the measuring part 3 contacts with a front end of a stepped part 3b of the measuring part 3 at slight pressure so as to press the measuring part, and the measuring part 3 is coupled with the body 2 under the condition that each core 31 and each core 21 hold the connection with coinciding of the optical axes. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid bi-elliptic optical system capable of measuring a reflectance, a transmittance and a diffusion reflectance of a sample highly accurately in the same setting. SOLUTION: The optical axis of a bi-ellipsoidal mirror and an optical axis connecting an external light source to a detector are arranged three-dimensionally, and the sample is arranged on the common focal point of the bi-ellipsoidal mirror, and each complex mirror having a conical mirror on the outer peripheral part and including a plane mirror inclined at 45 degrees on the center axis is arranged on two residual focal points. Signal light is measured by the internal 45-degree mirror, and non-measuring light is removed to the outside of the bi-ellipsoidal mirror by the peripheral conical mirror, to thereby reduce stray light, and to enable highly-accurate optical measurement. SOLUTION: A business form is managed in a unitary manner in a management computer 30. A main menu screen and various sub menu screens for selecting any business form are displayed on a touch panel of a multi function peripheral 40. Each time a predetermined item is selected on the menu screen or each sub menu screen, the multi function peripheral 40 requests to the management computer 30 acquisition of listing data required for creating one sub menu screen to be next displayed.
