Asistente electrónico de cambios de marcha para vehículos con cajas de cambios secuenciales está compuesto por al menos un sensor móvil (1) unido al sistema de cambios de marcha del vehículo y por un cable (2) que comunica dicho sensor móvil (1) con al menos una unidad de control/ECU (3) que procesa la información recibida desde el sensor móvil (1) y actúa sobre el encendido y/o la alimentación del motor para permitir el cambio de marcha sin desembragar. De acuerdo con la invención el sensor móvil (1) es un acelerómetro y/o giróscopo capaz de medir aceleraciones y/o movimientos que detecta el movimiento de la palanca de cambios efectuado por el conductor cuando este último desea subir o bajar de marchas.
Abstract:
A rear electromagnet suitable for vibrating pumps and electrical valves. The rear electromagnet for vibrating pump and electrical valves, which is the subject of this invention, has features intended to increase the efficiency of the magnetic system due the particular position of the electromagnet in order to exert a direct attractive force over the ferritic core and to obtain the same performances with less copper, iron and consume less electricity.

Vibrating liquid pump with an electromagnetic system comprising a coil (1); a metallic frame consisting on a “U” shaped piece (2) and a lower plate closure (3) which are placed around the coil (1) and the bushings (7); the screw stud (4) is responsible for bonding and fixing the set trough the driver chamber (5), where the magnetic core (6) moves longitudinally and in alternate direction. The screw stud (4) of the magnetic system join the components (2, 3, 7, 5) in a single assembly operation and is arranged behind and axially aligned the magnetic core (6) to optimize the attractive force and reduce the amount of copper required in the coil (1).

Vibrating pump for liquids comprising a hydraulic system (2) consisting of a hydraulic head (3) with an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) for the liquid, said hydraulic head ( 3) is joined by the screws (21) to the electromagnetic system (1) composed of the metal frame (7) which integrates the rear bolt (8) and it is situated around the coil (6) which at its turn is located around the bushings (9, 10, 11) constituting the force chamber (12) through which the magnetic core (13) positioned between two springs (27, 28) moves in axial direction and alternative sense and said magnetic core (13) extends in the plunger (14) inside the compression chamber (15) through the leak recovery chamber (16). The leak recovery chamber (16), which is limited by the pressure seal (17) on the right-hand side and by the sealing seals (18, 19) on the left-hand side, recovers any losses of water from the compression chamber (15) and conduct it through the conduit (20) to the inlet (4) of the compression chamber (15) which draws in and re-infuses the water from the leak recovery chamber (16) to the compression chamber.

A plastic body (9) integrates in one piece the compression chamber (4), a self-priming valve (10) and a safety valve (11). A heating element (12) contained within a body (9) determines with a disk (14) the heating chamber (8) where the temperature of the liquid injected by the piston (6) is raised in its passage towards the outlet (13).

The instant heater in plastic of this invention comprises a housing (1) forming a heating chamber (7), with an inlet provided with a direct connection (3) for pumping means (10) through which cold liquid enters into the heating chamber (7), and an outlet (4) through which hot liquid exits. The housing (1) hosts a rubber gasket (9) which seals on a heating element (2) which in turn is held together to the housing (1) by a fork (8). The heating element (2) is made with a tubular electric resistance welded to a plate (6) having a second housing (5) for thermo-fuses. Said heating element (2) is disposed within the housing (1) and integrally joined thereto by the fork (8), thus forming a sealed heating chamber (7).
