A method of manufacturing a solid state imaging device having photoelectric conversion devices, the method including: 1) forming a plurality of color filters differing in color from each other, 2) forming a transparent resin layer on the color filters, 3) forming an etching control layer on the transparent resin layer, the etching control layer being enabled to be etched at a different etching rate from the etching rate of the transparent resin layer, 4) forming a lens master on the etching control layer by using a heat-flowable resin material, 5) transferring a pattern of the lens master to the etching control layer by dry etching to form an intermediate micro lens, and 6) transferring a pattern of the intermediate micro lens to the transparent resin layer by dry etching to form the transfer lenses.
Abstract:
In producing a laminated packaging material comprising a base film, a silicon oxide layer and a sealant layer that are laminated together, the sealant layer is fomed by laminating thermoplastic resin on the silicon oxide layer in thickness of less than 30 νm by using an extrusion coating method. At this time, in addition to the thermoplastic resin layer formed by extrusion coating method, thermoplastic resin film of another type may be laminated on the outside of the thermoplastic resin layer so that the two thermoplastic resin layers form the sealant layer. In this case, sandwich lamination is adopted in which thermoplastic resin is extruded into between the silicon oxide layer and the thermoplastic resin film in thickness of less than 30 νm. In addition, in a laminated packaging material for vertical pillow type packaging, consisting of a laminate of the sealant layer, the base film and the silicon oxide layer, a thermoplastic resin layer and an outer basic material are laminated on the outside of the silicon oxide layer simultaneously with the formation of the thermoplastic resin layer by extruding the thermoplastic resin between the outer basic material and the silicon oxide layer.

A score drawer for preparing block copies of a musical score has a music keyboard (1) with a key group of the diatonic scale and a key group of a chromatic scale, and a function keyboard (2) equipped with function keys. The data input through the keyboards (1) and (2), and the data necessary for the preparation of a musical score, are stored in a storage unit (7). The input data and the data stored in the storage unit (7) are processed by an operating unit (3). The operating unit (3) has a function of changing the layout in preparing the musical score, and displays the musical score on a display unit (4) based on the operation results. The musical score displayed on the display device is sent to an output device (5) that prepares a block copy of musical score.
