Abstract:
A radio base station (300) is provided including a controller that generates a message including identification information of the radio base station (300) and information indicating parameters based on a detected environment. The radio base station (300) also includes a transmitter that transmits the generated message to a communication node (100, 200).
Abstract:
A long-acting preparation having a remarkably excellent long-lasting efficacy in peroral absorption, comprising a double-layered tablet consisting of a rapidly soluble part containing a principal agent as the inner layer and a sustained-release part containing a principal agent as the outer layer.
Abstract:
A soft multi-chamber capsule consists of a covering, the inner space of which is divided into a plurality of chambers by at least one partition. These chambers contain materials, for example, medicine, cosmetics or food. The number of such chambers is usually two, and the space between first and second coverings is divided into two chambers by a partition provided therebetween. Such a soft multi-chamber capsule is manufactured by feeding a first film, which is to form the first covering, a second film, which is to form the second covering, and a third film, which is to form the partition, between a pair of die rolls in a capsule molding apparatus continuously so that the third film is positioned between the other two films, while introducing materials into the space between the capsule-defining portions of the third and first films and the space between the capsule-defining portions of the third and first films; and joining under pressure these three films except their respective capsule-defining portions.
Abstract:
A communication system is described in which mobile telephones that are members of closed subscriber groups associated with home base stations are able to roam between neighbouring home node base stations in a manner that reduces load on the core network.
Abstract:
A method for preparing an aqueous dispersion of ultra-fine particles of active carbon, which comprises providing a dispersion having water under pressure and, dispersed therein, an active carbon powder, burning a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen in an atmosphere containing the water under pressure to thereby melting the active carbon powder with the resultant combustion gas. An aqueous dispersion of ultra-fine particles of active carbon prepared by the method acts as a high functional water having bioactivity.
Abstract:
An oily rectal instillation comprising a water-soluble drug, a dispersing agent and a surfactant with an HLB value of 10 or more. It can prevent sedimentation of a water-soluble drug in an injector even when the concentration of the water-soluble drug or the dispersing agent is high, and is easy to fill in the injector and to inject to patients. In addition, the water-soluble drug and metabolic antagonists thereof have good stability and absorbability.

PURPOSE:To relief shearing force to earthquake by a method in which when pits in the natural ground is embedded, hollow pipes are arranged instead of soil and soil is placed on the hollow pipes. CONSTITUTION:Vinyl chloride pipes 5 are arranged on an underground beam 1 in the foundation, and concrete, crushed stone, or pumice as embedding material is placed on the pipes 5. The weight of building, etc., can thus be reduced, and the liquefaction of the ground having less bearing force can be prevented.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make mass production of uniform metallic flakes in a short period by ejecting a compressed gas to the molten metal flow dropped from plural conduits to pulverize the metal and bringing the pulverized metal into collision against the outside wall of a rotating cylinder, the inside of which is forcibly cooled, from the lateral side. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 1 is put into a refractory vessel 2 and is held therein. The molten metal is dropped from the plural conduits 3 to create to fine flow of the molten metal 1. Nozzles 4 are respectively horizontally installed near the bottom ends of the respective conduits 3 to inject the pressurized gas to the molten metal flow, thereby pulverizing the metal. The pulverized metal 1 collides against the rotating cylinder 5 installed forward in the injecting direction of the pressurized gas. Since a cooling medium flows in the cylinder 1, the pulverized metal 1 is quickly solidified while flattened by the surface of the cylinder. Flattened and solidified metal 1 is scraped from the cylinder 5 by a wire brush 8 or the like. The scraped metals are captured and the metallic flakes having the uniform size and high quality are obtd.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean the inside of a vehicle without obstructing at a normal time by fixing a vacuum cleaner main body of a fixed voltage to the inside of the trunk of the vehicle and providing an extensible pipe to a suction port through under a rear seat. SOLUTION: A 12 V vacuum cleaner main body 1 is fixed to the inside of the trunk of the passenger car with a magic tape so as not to falling. Then, an L-formed pipe 2 is inserted to the suction port of the main body 1 and next, an extensible aluminum pipe 3 through under the rear seat. As is 0.6 m at the time of being short and 1.1 m at the time of being long, the extensible pipe 3 is housed under the seat normally. At the time of cleaning, the pipe is extended long and connected with a bellow hose 4 (about 1.5 m) and a suction nozzle is inserted to its tip. In addition, wiring is arranged to the main body 1 from a vehicle power source (12 V) and a switch 6 for turning ON/OFF the power source is provided close to a driver's seat. Thus, a vacuum cleaner no longer needs bringing inside of the vehicle each time and cleaning becomes simple without time and labor.

PURPOSE:To eliminate vibration and noise by a method in which a given weight of rails and shape steels used in sheathing are pulled out by means of an oil- pressure jack instead of vibro-drawers. CONSTITUTION:An excavating tool 4 for sheathing master pile is attached to rails 3 to 50kg used in sheathing and connected with an oil-pressure jack 6 to pull out the rails 3. The occurrence of vibration and noise pollution can thus be eliminated, and the weight of the tool can be reduced.
