Abstract:
An aqueous one step type lubricating agent for efficient cold forging, characterized in that it comprises (A) a water-soluble inorganic salt, (B) a wax and (C) a metal salt of a fatty acid in a form dissolved or dispersed in water, wherein weight ratios of solid contents are 0.60 to 0.70 for (B)/(A) and 0.1 to 0.3 for (C)/(A). The water-soluble inorganic salt can be selected from among a sulfate, a silicate, a borate, a molybdate and a tungstate. As the wax, use can be made of a synthetic wax being dispersible in water and having a melting point of 70 to 150 DEG C. As the metal salt of a fatty acid, use can be made of a reaction product of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 26 carbon atoms with at least one metal selected among zinc, calcium, barium, aluminum and magnesium.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a vacuum heat insulated tank adapted to effectively use solar hear for conservation of the global environment in a general atmospheric air by using experiences of the inventor on seam-welding machines, experiences in manufacturing and supplying welding machines for seam-sealing welding of stainless steel sheet metals, experiences in supplying seam-welding machines used for manufacturing vacuum heat insulated vessels in a vacuum tank and other experiences. SOLUTION: According to the method, no limitation is imposed on capacity and complicated equipment is not required for manufacture. From the viewpoint of applications, sun-shining time can be used more effectively than in case of the prior arts. In response to this development, solar water heaters will be rapidly developed and the time when general houses are provided with them will come. Only simple works such as laying of rubber hoses on a roof or the like is required as a very simple means for extracting hot water for utilization. This will prompt the utilization of the solar heat.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plant maintaining device capable of maintaining a flowered state for an extremely long time and surely cultivating and enjoying not only flowers but also plants whose management and maintenance are difficult. SOLUTION: A transparent container 1 for housing and raising a decorative plant P is provided on an upper part and a water supply tank for a water supplier 2 for supplying water into the transparent container 1 is provided on the lower part of the transparent container 1. The water supply tank is used as a weight for falling prevention. A blower for adjusting the convection of air inside the transparent container 1, a humidifier 5 for adjusting humidity inside the transparent container 1 and a light controller 6 for adjusting light quantity inside the transparent container 1 are provided. The water supplied into the transparent container 1 is gathered from the bottom part 1A of the transparent container 1 to a dust gathering container 7.
