Abstract:
본 발명은 지형이 험준하여 캔틸레버 구축용 트러스 강재를 대기시키기 곤란한 산간에서, 강풍에도 불구하고 신속하고도 능률적으로 폼 트래블러측에 트러스 강재를 공급할 수 있고, 트러스 강재를 건네받은 폼 트래블러 상에서 트러스 강재의 자세 전환이 용이하며, 선시공된 캔틸레버의 후단에 트러스 강재의 후단을 연결할 수 있게 준비하는 작업에 신속 정확성을 기할 수 있는 복합 트러스 에프씨엠 교량시공장치 및 이를 이용한 캔틸레버 교량시공방법을 제공하려는 것으로서, 주두부의 양측에 시공되는 캔틸레버를 따라 그 상면에 트래블러까지 부설되는 캐리어용 직선궤도와, 주두부측에서 인상한 트러스 강재를 옮겨 실어 폼 트래블러 쪽으로 이송한 후 주두부쪽으로 복귀하는 자주식 캐리어와: 캐리어에 시려 온 트러스 강재를 전위 및 후위 호이스트가 인수하여 캔틸레버의 설계치대로 기울어 세운 후 선시공된 캔틸레버; 그리고 상기 캐리어와 폼 트래블러를 이용하여치 복합 트러스 에프씨엠 교량을 시공하는 방법을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A complex truss girder for improving rigidity in which tension is applied in a synthetic reinforcing material is provided to prevent the deformation of a material by minimizing secondary strain caused of tension. CONSTITUTION: A complex truss girder for improving rigidity in which tension is composed like next. A tension member is installed on an upper chord stiffener(5) of a composite truss girder, in which lower slab concrete is poured, in order to pass through the lower chord of a web diagonal member. The tensile member is tensioned in order to correspond to pre-stress introduced by the lower part slab concrete. A filling concrete is filled in a first quarter reinforcing material and cured.

PURPOSE: A complex truss girder having a connection structure of a chord for improving pressing stress and bond stress is provided to secure enough resisting cross section against twisting. CONSTITUTION: A complex truss girder having a connection structure of a chord comprises an upper panel point connecting structure(30), a lower panel point connecting structure, and a composite concrete girder. The upper panel point connecting structure is attached to a top panel point of a web diagonal member(10). The upper panel point connecting structure is composed of a finishing board(31), an anchor plate(32), a gusset board(33), and a flange plate(34). The composite concrete girder is combined in the upper and lower panel point connecting structure.

PURPOSE: A construction apparatus for a composite truss FCM bridge and a construction method using the same are provided to quickly and safely supply truss steel materials to a form traveler anywhere for constructing a cantilever, thereby efficiently constructing the cantilever formed with the truss steel materials. CONSTITUTION: A construction apparatus for a composite truss FCM bridge includes a straight track(10) and a carrier(20). The straight track is installed on the upper side of the cantilever(C) constructed on both sides of the main head of a pier(A). The carrier on the straight track transports a truss steel material(B) lifted to the main head by a lifting tool installed at the side of the pier to a form traveler(30).
