CONSTITUTION: A method for monitoring and controlling the state of a machining apparatus using the machining vibration value of a high-speed spindle is as follows. A controller(500) confirms whether a current value measured by a vibration sensor(510) is less than a pre-set reference value. If the measured current value exceeds the pre-set reference value, the rotation and transfer speed of a machining apparatus(100) is successively reduced until the current value is less than the reference value.

    Abstract: A cutting device using a turret is provided to improve cutting ability and productivity and to reduce manufacturing cost by performing an operation of supplying a workpiece successively and rotating the workpiece after cut at a portion to be cut at another portion with the turret automatically. A cutting device using a turret comprises the followings: a supply unit(110) supplying a workpiece(101) successively; a tilting unit(200) supplying the workpiece supplied from the supply unit to a chuck(104) using a turret head(103) in a turret lathe(102), rotating the workpiece, and discharging a completed cut product; and a discharge unit(210) guiding the workpiece discharged from the tilting unit to be discharged safely. The supply unit comprises a stacking guide(111) stacking the workpiece to be cut successively; and a supplier(112) supplying the workpiece discharged from the stacking guide one by one to the tilting unit installed at a turret head.
