    Abstract: 본발명은해안폐기물인굴패각을소성및 수화시켜고순도의액상소석회를제조함으로써탈황대체재로대량활용할수 있게하는굴패각을이용한액상소석회의제조방법및 제조시스템에관한것이다. 본발명은굴패각을소성하는소성단계및 소성부와, 소성단계에서소성된소성굴패각을물과혼합하여수화시키는수화단계및 수화조와, 수화단계에서혼합된액상슬러리를습식분쇄하는습식분쇄단계및 습식분쇄부를포함하며, 수화단계또는수화조에서는수화반응용액의초기온도를제어하여반응성을향상시켜분산도를높이는굴패각을이용한액상소석회의제조방법및 제조시스템이다. 본발명에의하면, 수화반응시고온의초기용액을수화용액으로적용함으로써반응성이상대적으로떨어지는굴패각의수화반응을촉진시키고이러한높은온도에서수화및 분쇄를함께진행시켜고품질의액상소석회를얻는효과가있으며 , 소성공정과액상소석회제조공정을연계하여, 소성과정에서발생하는폐열을이용하여고온의수화용액의에너지로사용함으로써, 에너지를절감하면서고반응성액상소석회를제조할수 있다는효과가있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting lithium from coal ashes comprises a step(S1100) of preparing coal ash solution by reacting coal ashes of 100g or more with seawater of 100ml and a step(S1200) of extracting lithium from the coal ash solution. The lithium extracting step comprises a step of putting adsorbent into the coal ash solution to adsorb lithium ion dissolved in the coal ash solution and a step of separating lithium ion through oxidation of the adsorbent.

    Abstract: A method for controlling oscillation of structures is provided to apply a control force to the structure by utilizing grating typed training patterns based on CMAC(Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller). Grating typed training patterns having a status vector by displacement(u) and speed, and a control force are formed. Distances with four training patterns are obtained by using the status vector of structures on an external force and a grating probabilistic neural network. By applying a large weighted value to control force corresponding to close training patterns and a small weighted value to control force corresponding to distant training patterns, four control forces(fc) are processed. By adding control force variation amounts to the processed control force, the added force is applied to the structure.
