Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of producing La-Sr-Mn-O nanopowder for a solid oxide fuel cell connector using a hydrothermal synthesis method. According to the present invention, lanthanum nitrate, strontium nitrate, manganese nitrate, and KOH, which is a precipitant, as starting materials are processed by a hydrothermal reaction at 200-250°C of the reaction temperature for 8-32 hours; sintered at 180-350°C for 3-8 hours; and then produced into La-Sr-Mn-O nanopowder. The shape of the nanopowder particle is spherical or plate-like. The size of the nanopowder particle is 120-170 nm. The electrical conductivity at high temperatures is 21.3-47.7 S/cm.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a modified sulfur binder concrete block which comprises a mixing step mixing a mixture composed of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a modified sulfur binder, and a filler; and a compression molding step compressing the mixture in a mold to molding into a block shape. The modified sulfur binder concrete block manufactured by the present invention has high bending strength and low absorption, has high workability because of rapid hardening during work, and has a significant effect of not causing environmental problems.

본발명은 유황과 디시클로펜타디엔(DCPD)계 개질재가 중합된 개질유황바인더를 함유하는 콘크리트 블록 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 굵은 골재, 잔골재, 개질유황바인더, 필러로 이루어지는 혼합물을 믹싱하는 믹싱단계; 상기 혼합물을 몰드내에서 압축하여 블록모양으로 성형하는 압축성형단계;를 포함하는 것으로, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 개질유황바인더 콘크리트 블록은 휨강도가 높고 흡수율 이 낮으며, 작업시 초속경화가 일어나기 때문에 작업성이 용이하며, 환경적 문제가 없다는 현저한 효과가 있다.
