Abstract: PURPOSE: An environment-friendly functional top-coat paint composition is provided to provide environment-friendly paint with low VOC content, which is capable of reducing the usage amount of solvents. CONSTITUTION: A top-coat paint composition contains 50-70 parts by weight of polyisocyanate curing agent, and 100 parts by weight of polyester main resin with 150-200 (mg KOH/g) of hydroxyl group and 1,000-2,000 (cps/25°C) of viscosity. The polyester main resin is obtained by mixing 35-42 parts by weight of neopentyl glycol, 15-30 parts by weight of adipic acid, and 20-25 parts by weight of isophtalic acid with nitrogen.

Abstract: 본원은 본원은 도료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 VOC 함량이 낮은 친환경 도료로서 항공기 또는 자동차에 적용 시 최상의 기능을 확보할 수 있는 2액형 프라이머 도료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본원에 의하면, VOC 함량이 낮은 친환경 도료 조성물을 제공할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 VOC 국제 규격에 적합할 뿐만 아니라, 용제 사용을 줄일 수 있는 친환경 도료를 제공할 수 있다. 특히, 항공기 또는 자동차의 피도막이 요구하는 물성을 만족 시킴과 아울러, 도장 작업시 상도 작업과 연계하여 크랙이나 격리, 자외선이나 산화에 대한 대응, 도료의 점성 제거, 기포 대책을 해결하고 필요하고 광휘재의 배향이나 도막의 평활성의 문제를 함께 해결함과 더불어, 무독성 첨가제 및 안료를 추가 포함하는 친환경 에폭시 프라이머 도료 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A two-liquid type primer paint composition contains a primer main resin and amine curing agent containing 10-30 parts by weight of denatured bisphenol A type epoxy resin in a low viscosity liquid form, and 0.5-5.5 parts by weight of bisphenol A type epoxy resin in a high viscosity liquid form (primer main resin : amine curing agent = 100 : 30-40). The denatured bisphenol A type epoxy resin in the low viscosity liquid form has the viscosity of 1,000-9,000 cps at room temperature, and the epoxy equivalent weight (EEW) of 100-400. The bisphenol A type epoxy resin in the high viscosity liquid form has the viscosity of 11,500-13,500 cps, and the epoxy equivalent weight of 230-280.
