Abstract: The present invention relates to a transparent paint composition in which a curing agent and a preparatory transparent paint are mixed and used in order to form a scratch resistant transparent coating layer by coating an object. In the composition, the preparatory transparent paint is produced by making 10-25 wt% of an acrylic polyol resin A with a glass transition temperature of -15 to 25°C, a number average molecular weight of 1,000-5,000 and an OH content of 4-7 wt% based on solids, and polyether react with hydrophilic diisocyanate and comprises: 5-22 wt% of an urethane modified polyether resin with a number average molecular weight of 1,000-10,000 and an OH content of 2-4 wt% based on solids; 10-40 wt% of acrylic polyol resin B with a glass transition temperature of 50-60°C, a number average molecular weight of 1,000-6,000 and an OH content of 3-6 wt% based on solids; 10-30 wt% of acrylic polyol resin C with a glass transition temperature of 60-90°C, a number average molecular weight of 6,000-10,000 and an OH content of 2-4 wt% based on solids; and a reminder of solvents.

Abstract: Provided is a non-sanding primer-surfacer paint composition for repairing an automobile, including a main composition including: (1) 15-45 wt% of acrylic polyol resin including 10-30 wt% of styrene, 10-30 wt% of butyl acrylate and 10-30 wt% of hydroxyl ethyl meta-acrylate, while having 40-60 % of solid matters; (2) 5-15 wt% of talcum having average particles sizes ranging from 4 to 10μm; (3) 5-15 wt% of barium sulfate; (4) 5-15 wt% of anatase or rutile titanium dioxide; (5) 5-15 wt% of polyester-deformed acrylic resin having 40-60 % of solid matters; (6) 0.01-1 wt% of moist dispersant having 30-70 wt% of solid matters and 100-180 mgkOH/g of acid value; (7) 0.01-1 wt% of urethane reaction accelerator; (8) 0.01-2 wt% of non-silicon-based leveling agent; and (9) 10-30 wt% of organic solvent. After plastering the paint composition, without a drying process or a polishing process, a topcoat composition can be applied within a short period of time.

Abstract: Disclosed is a paint composition for repairing cars at super high speed. The paint composition comprises: 1) a first paint composition including 50-70 wt% of a two-packaged acrylic polyol resin, 0.05-2 wt% of a urethane reactive catalyst, 28-48 wt% of an organic solvent, 0.5-5 wt% of a surface modifier, and 0.5-5 wt% of a weather resistance enhancer; and 2) a second paint composition including 50-70 wt% of an isocianate compound, and 30-50 wt% of an organic solvent. The paint composition has enhanced hardening property at room temperature, thereby capable of being naturally hardened and being environmentally-friendly.
