Abstract: PURPOSE: A paint composition for a vinyl greenhouse is provided to control the inner temperature of the green house to a moderate level by blocking the input of heat energy inside the greenhouse when painted on the outer side of a greenhouse finishing material. CONSTITUTION: A paint composition for a vinyl greenhouse includes 30-70 wt% of a pigment; 3-25 wt% of a water-soluble binder manufactured by emulsifying starch; 0.1-0.7 wt% of a dispersant; 0.01-0.3 wt% of a foaming agent; 0.01-0.3 wt% of a moisturizing agent; 0.1-1 wt% of a viscoelasticity controller; 0.1-2 wt% of a pH controller; 0.01-1 wt% o a silane derivative; and residual water. A forming method of a coating includes a step of manufacturing the paint composition; a step of spreading the paint composition on an elastic substrate including a polyethylene film and a polyvinyl film; and a step of drying the spread material.

Abstract: Disclosed are a paint composition for a plastic greenhouse and a method for manufacturing a paint film using the same. The paint composition includes 30 to 70% by weight of a pigment, 3 to 25% by weight of a water soluble binder prepared by emulsion-polymerizing starch, 0.1 to 0.7% by weight of a dispersing agent, 0.01 to 0.3% by weight of a defoaming agent, 0.01 to 0.3% by weight of a wetting agent, 0.1 to % by weight of viscoelastic control agent, 0.1-2 wt%, pH controlling agent, 0.01 to 1 wt% of a silane derivative, and residual water. The paint composition is environmentally friendly, improves light shielding properties, and is easy to control temperatures inside a greenhouse when forms a paint film by being applied to the surface of an agricultural plastic greenhouse.
