Abstract: 본 고안은 간단하고 견고한 구조로 이루어지면서도 세척 및 탈수가 원활하고, 보관 및 이동이 용이하여 사용이 편리하도록 고안된 대걸레 청소기에 관한 것으로, 탈수장치부와, 데크플레이트부 및 수조와, 이동용핸들로 구성되어 있다.
상기 본 고안에 따르면, 대걸레를 세척 및 탈수 후 청소할 수 있도록 구성된 통상의 대걸레 청소기에 있어서, 세척수를 담는 수조(10)와, 이 수조(10) 내측 후단 상부에 구비되는 탈수장치부(20)와, 이 탈수장치부(20)의 양측벽(21)에는 각각 수직장공(27)과 이 수직장공(27) 상단으로부터 서로 벌어지는 방향으로 만곡 연장된 수평장공(28)을 갖는 한 쌍의 가이드장공(29)과, 이 가이드장공(29)을 따라 승강과 개폐가 가능하도록 설치되며 대걸레를 가압 탈수할 수 있도록 된 한 쌍의 가압탈수부재(30)와, 상기 탈수장치부(20)의 양측벽(21) 구멍에 인입되어 수평 설치된 구동샤프트(40)와, 이 구동샤프트(40)의 양단에 구비된 한 쌍의 구동기어(50)와, 각각의 구동기어(50)에 랙기어(60)가 맞물려 한 쌍의 가압탈수부재(30)가 상/하로 승강 또는 개폐 및 이격되거나 밀착되도록� �� 수직장공(27)과 수평장공(28)을 갖는 한 쌍의 가이드장공(29)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같은 대걸레 청소기는 캐스터(81)와 이동용핸들(90)이 데크플레이트부(80)에 장착되어 수도전으로부터 멀리 이격된 장소나 넓은 면적의 건물 바닥면도 간편하게 이동하면서 청소할 수 있어 사용이 매우 편리하다.
또한, 상기 탈수장치는 회동레버(45)를 당기면 구동기어(50)와 랙기어(60)의연동작동에 의해 한 쌍의 가압탈수부재(30)가 내려오면서 대걸레를 가압 탈수하므로, 그 구조가 간단하여 제품의 코스트가 절감됨은 물론, 탈수시 대걸레를 탈수장치(20)의 가압탈수부재(30) 사이에 삽입된 상태에서 회동레버(45)를 지랫대의 원리로 쉽게 당겨서 밑으로 내리면 탈수할 수 있으므로, 조작이 간편한 장점이 있다.
그리고, 상기 대걸레 청소기는 사용시 탈수장치부(20)를 수조(10)의 거치대(13)에 설치하고 사용하지만, 사용이 끝나면 이 탈수장치부(20)를 거치대(13)로부터 간단히 들어내어 수조(10)의 전방 공간부(3)에 수납하여 보관하고, 상기 회동레버(45) 역시 구동샤프트(40)의 결합공(43)으로부터 분리하여 수조(10) 내부에 깔끔하게 보관할 수 있다.-
