Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional filler for artificial grass is provided to enhance excellent tensile strength, elongation, tensile stress, abrasion resistance, elastic modulus and oil resistance, and to prevent the smell generated during crosslinking. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional filler for artificial grass with excellent mechanical property and elasticity comprises a step of mixing 100 parts by weight of EPDM(ethylene propylene diene monomer), 30 parts by weight of SEBS, 60 parts by weight of EVA resin, 30~50 parts by weight of block-copolymerized polypropylene, 400 parts by weight of inorganic filler(calcium carbonate), 200 parts by weight of non-aromatic process oil, 5 parts by weight of blowing agent, 5 parts by weight of blowing nucleus, 0.8 parts by weight of halogenated phenol-based crosslinking agent, 0.4 parts by weight of halogenated metalized crosslinking aid(SnCl2), and 1.0 parts by weight of a stabilizer(heat and UV stabilizer).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing an artificial turf filling material with loess is provided to enable a person to effectively excise by eliminating the additional elastic force of a ball. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing an artificial turf filling material with loess is as follows. A melt is formed by putting thermoplastic elastomer 30~40 weight%, loess 40~60 weight%, and paraffin oil 15~25 weight% into a kneader and heating and stirring for 10 to 20 minutes. A mixture is formed by mixing UV stabilizer 0.2~0.3 weight% and bactericides 0.2~0.5 weight% with the melt. The mixture is put into an extruder and is heated with 200~250°C.
