본 발명은 고순도의 갈조류 유래 후코이단을 추출 및 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 탈염 및 탈취한 갈조류를 효소처리하여 후코이단을 추출함으로써 항산화, 주름 개선, 미백 등 다양한 피부 개선 효과를 가지는 후코이단을 고순도로 또한 대량으로 수득할 수 있는 갈조류 유래 후코이단의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A Lippia citriodora extract containing polysaccharides is provided to be used as a cosmetic composition with excellent antioxidative, whitening, anti-wrinkling, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and atopic dermatitis therapeutic effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a Lippia citriodora extract containing polysaccharides comprises the steps of: adding ethanol to Lippia citriodora and eluting pigments and impurities; obtaining and drying Lippia citriodora cake; adding water to the dried Lippia citriodora cake and obtaining a polysaccharide fraction; removing remaining pigments of the polysaccharide fraction; adding ethanol and precipitating the extract; and spray-drying and decompression-drying the prepared pellet and obtaining the Lippia citriodora extract of a powder type containing polysaccharides. A cosmetic composition contains the Lippia citriodora extract as an active ingredient.
