PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing mucin derived from Dioscorea opposite is provided to ensure antioxiation effect, to suppress inflammation, to alleviate irritation and atopic dermatitis, and to improve anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing mucin derived from Dioscorea opposite comprises: a step of dipping Dioscorea opposite in a solution; a step of filtering and removing impurities; a step of centrifuging and removing saponin and starch; a step of adding an organic solvent and precipitating or floating mucin; and a step of collecting the precipitated or floated mucin.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic material and an external use skin composition containing a Paeonia lactiflora extract with high content taxifolin are provided to improve whitening, anti-wrinkling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effects, to treat atopic dermatitis, and protect skin from UV ray. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a Paeonia lactiflora extract containing taxifolin comprises the steps of: extracting Paeonia lactiflora with a solvent; drying the extract by reduced pressure and concentrating to obtain primarily concentrated powder; dissolving the primarily concentrated powder in water and adding an organic solvent to fraction according to polarity; removing the solvent and concentrating to obtain a secondarily concentrated powder; dissolving the secondarily concentrated powder in a solution and removing pigments and chlorophyll using a column; crystallizing the extract at ultralow temperature or ultra high pressure; and spray-drying or freeze-drying the recrystallized extract to obtain powdery Paeonia lactiflora extract containing taxifolin-3-glucoside. 본 발명은 캠페리트린을 유효성분으로 하는 자외선 차단 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 캠페리트린과 유기소재 또는 무기소재 자외선 차단제를 동시에 함유하는 자외선 차단 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 캠페리트린 자외선 차단 물질 및 기존의 자외선 차단물질을 유효성분으로 하는 자외선 차단제 화장료 조성물은 기존 자외선 차단물질을 단독으로 사용하는 것과 비교하여, 자외선 차단지수를 비약적으로 증가시킬 수 있고, 이는 유기/무기 자외선 차단제의 사용량을 줄여 피부자극, 독성, 안정성, 환경 호르몬 배출 등의 단점을 최소화 하는 동시에 자외선 차단효율을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for separating and refining active materials includes the following: a solvent is applied to dried and cut medicated plants to extract active components; power is obtained from a solution in which active components are eluted; a dividing process is implemented by applying two or more solvents to the powder; ultrahigh pressure of 50 to 1,000MPa is applied to an active component containing division to re-crystallize the active components.

본 발명은 둥근마의 뮤신을 유효성분으로 포함하는 화장용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 특정 연속 공정 제조방법을 통하여 둥근마로부터 당단백체만을 분리한 천연 식물 유래의 뮤신을 제조하는 방법과 상기 방법으로 제조된 둥근마 뮤신을 함유하는 화장용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장용 조성물의 수용액 내에서의 둥근마는 불투명한 점액 콜로이드를 형성, 이를 최적의 제조 수율과 제조공정으로 단일분리한 뮤신을 유효성분으로 함유하고 있으며, 둥근마 유래의 뮤신은 항산화효과, 염증 억제 효과, 자극완화 효과, 잔주름 개선 효과, 아토피 개선효과가 우수한 화장용 조성물로서 제조 및 응용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing kaempferitrin for blocking UV rays is provided to remarkably enhance a sun protection factor and to minimize skin irritation, toxicity, and endocrinal disruptor discharge. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for blocking UV rays contains 0.01-20 wt% of kaempferitrin(kaempferol-3, 7-alpha-L-rhamnoside) and 0.01-20 wt% of an organic UV protection agent as active ingredients. The organic UV protection agent is octylmethoxy cinnamate, homosalate, drometrizoltrisiloxane, disodium phenyl dibenzimidazole tetrasulfonate, DEA-methoxy cinnamate, benzophenone-3(oxybenzone), benzophenone-8(dioxybenzone), butylmethoxy dibenzoylmethane, bisethyl hexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, octocrylene, ethyl hexyl dimethyl PABA, ethyl hexyl methoxy cinnamate, ethyl hexyl salicylate, ethyl hexyl triazone, isoamyl p-methoxy cinnamate, or TEA-salicylate. The inorganic UV protection agent is zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.

CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating and purifying EGCG comprises: a step of adding solvent to dried and cut green tea plants to extract active ingredient EGCG; a step of obtaining powder containing EGCG from a solution; a step of adding two or more kinds of solvent to the powder to obtain a fraction containing active ingredient, EGCG; a step of adding solvent to the fraction containing EGCG; and a step of applying 50-1,000MPa of ultra high pressure.
