Abstract: PURPOSE: A glass substrate polishing device and a polish method thereof for minimizing the size of the device are provided to reduce a tact time and polish the edge of the glass on both directions by using one polish part. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate polishing device and a polish method thereof for minimizing the size of the device include a first polish table loaded on a first glass substrate.
