Abstract: PURPOSE: A table for inspecting a substrate is provided to configure peripheral blocks by an assembly of a unit block, thereby inspecting an LCD panel whose size varies. CONSTITUTION: A center block(3) and a peripheral block(5) are installed on a base plate(1). The center block supports the central part of a substrate. An adsorption hole(30) is formed on the center block. The peripheral block supports the peripheral parts of the substrate. The peripheral block comprises a plurality of unit blocks(50) which are separated at a fixed interval.

Abstract: An apparatus for testing a glass panel is provided to reduce testing time to the same tact time regardless of the size of a glass panel by forming a height difference between testing bars disposed at edges of a glass panel and moving the glass panel in the height difference. A first testing bar(12) is disposed on a first plane parallel to a glass panel(23) so as to correspond to one edge of the glass panel. A second testing bar(14) is disposed on a second plane parallel to the first plane so as to correspond to another edge adjacent to the edge. A supporting unit(18) supports the glass panel such that the glass panel moves between the first plane and the second plane. A cushion is formed on each surface of the first and second testing bars facing edges of the glass panel. A displacement sensor detects displacement amounts of the first and second testing bars. The displacement sensor measures a repulsion distance due to the cushion when the first and second testing bars contact the edges of the glass panel.
