Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slide insert type tubular led lamp having a graphite paper heat radiation structure, and more particularly to a slide insert type tubular LED lamp having a graphite paper heat radiation structure, in which a pair of semi-cylindrical cases including polycarbonate instead of aluminum are manufactured, and the heat radiation structure is formed by using graphite paper instead of a heat sink including a metallic material, so that safety problem caused by the sag of the cases can be dissolved, the heat radiation ability can be ensured, the weight of the cases can be remarkably reduced, the manufacturing cost is lowered, and the processability can be maximized due to the paper. A printed circuit board and a case are detachably coupled with a frame through a sliding scheme. Accordingly, it is unnecessary to couple the printed circuit board with the frame by using pieces, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified and the production efficiency can be maximized. Not only can even the unskilled perform the coupling work between the printed circuit board and the frame, and the coupling work between the case and the frame, but also the assembly work can be simplified, so that the manufacturing process can be simply performed, and the maintenance cost can be saved. To this end, the slide insert type tubular led lamp having the graphite paper heat radiation structure according to the present invention includes: a printed circuit board prepared with a long length in a longitudinal direction rather than a wide direction; a plurality of LED chips mounted on one lateral side of the printed circuit board; a frame provided at one lateral side thereof with a plate that the printed circuit board is inserted into or separated from through the sliding scheme; and first and second cases having the shape of a semispherical column and inserted into lateral sides of the frame or separated from the lateral sides of the frame through the sliding scheme.
