CONSTITUTION: A posting device for a floating facility comprises a hollow casing(10), a floating type ascending and descending post(20) and a sliding guide(30). The lower part is buried in ground with upright. The lower part of the type ascending and descending post is formed in the inside of the hollow casing in a vertical direction.
