Abstract:
PURPOSE: A glass composition for low temperature co-fired ceramics(LTCC) which is manufactured by using thin film transistor(TFT)-LDC cullet glass-ceramics, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve mechanical strength by using TFT-LCD cullet as a starting material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of glass composition for LTCC comprises the following steps: mixing TFT-LCD cullet, magnesium compound, and calcium compound as starting material; heat-treating the mixed starting material at 1220-1350deg.C; and quick cooling the heat-treated starting material. A glass composition for LTCC includes starting material which includes TFT-LCD cullet, 5-40 parts by weight of magnesium compound, and 35-60 parts by weight of calcium compound based on 100.0 parts by weight of the TFT-LCD cullet. The magnesium compound is at least one which is selected from the following: magnesium oxide, oxide hydrate of magnesium, and magnesium salt. The calcium compound is at least one of calcium oxide and calcium salt.

본 발명은 LCD 폐유리를 이용한 세라믹 글라스 조성물에 관한 것으로서, LCD 폐유리를 1 내지 10 μm 이하의 입도를 갖도록 미분쇄하여 제조된 유리프리트와 세라믹 충전제 (filler)를 일정 성분비로 혼합하여 제조된 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 글라스 조성물은, 850 내지 950 ℃의 저온에서도 소성이 가능하며, 유전율이 낮고 전기적 손실을 최소화할 수 있어 LTCC 기판, 세라믹 히터, 고효율의 필터 및 안테나 등의 공진기 (resonator)에 응용이 가능하다. 세라믹 글라스, LTCC, LCD, 저온 소성, 저유전율

PURPOSE: A ceramic glass composition using LCD waste glass is provided to minimize the loss of electricity by optimally using a ceramic filler and glass frit produced from the LCD waste glass. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic glass composition contains 90~99wt% of glass frit produced from LCD waste glass, and 1~10wt% of ceramic filler. The glass frit is calcium aluminosilicate system glass containing 8~20wt% of CaO, 15~30wt% of Al2O3, 60~80wt% of SiO2, 15~30wt% of B2O3, 1~5wt% of MgO, and 1~5wt% of SrO.

PURPOSE: A glass composition for low temperature sintering, glass ceramics, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture an environmentally-friendly glass composition for low temperature cofiring and glass-ceramics. CONSTITUTION: A glass composition for low temperature sintering comprises at least one of TFT LCD waste glass and calcium compounds and one or more of aluminium compounds. The TFT LCD waste glass is included 35-55 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the TFT LCD waste glass. The aluminium compound is included 0-45 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of waste glass. The glass composition for low temperature sintering additionally includes 0-10 parts by weight of titanium oxide based on 100.0 parts by weight of the TFT LCD waste glass. The calcium compound is CaCO3, and the aluminum compound is Al2O3.
