Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of building and construction composition with light weight, various colors, high compression strength, which reduces cost and environmental pollution by using inorganic wastes unlike a conventional inorganic composition. CONSTITUTION: The building and construction compositions comprise the components of: (1) 5-80pts.wt. of kaolin and 0-125pts.wt. of inorganic wastes containing 10-45pts.wt. of paper ash and 10-80pts.wt. of stone powder; or (2) 35-50pts.wt. of kaolin and 15-75pts.wt. of inorganic waste containing 5-25pts.wt. of paper ash, 5-25pts.wt. of stone powder and 5-25pts.wt. of waste molding sand; or (3) 45-55pts.wt. of kaolin and 35-75pts.wt. of inorganic waste containing 15-25pts.wt. of paper ash, 15-25pts.wt. of stone powder and 5-25pts.wt. of steel making dust. The manufacturing method is as follows: mixing 20-125pts.wt. of inorganic wastes containing 10-45pts.wt. of paper ash and 10-80pts.wt. of stone powder with 5-80pts.wt. of kaolin; forming; drying at 100deg.C over 48hr.; and sintering at 950-1250deg.C over 24hrs.
