    Abstract: PURPOSE: A slit unit structure of a spectrometer is provided to precisely perform the spectrum concentration of emitted light by preventing the incident angle error of the light. CONSTITUTION: A slit unit structure of a spectrometer comprises a slit bracket(10), a holder(20), a separator(30), a mode striper(40), and a slit(50). The slit bracket is formed in an L-shape. A terminal(11) is formed in one end of the slit bracket, and a coupling flange is protruded from the other end. The holder has a mounting hole(21) in which the coupling flange is inserted. Position alignment grooves are formed in the corners of the mounting hole. The separator is inserted into the mounting hole of the holder. The mode striper is inserted into the mounting hole at the rear end of the separator. The slit is coupled between the coupling flange and the separator.
