Abstract:
PURPOSE: An anti-corrosion sensor and ultrasonic flow meter using the same are provided to prevent a corrosion generation in a cross section of a measuring pipe punched by a direct construction by attaching a sacrificial anode in the inner circumference of a saddle. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic flow meter using an anti-corrosion sensor comprises a housing(50), an ultrasonic vibrator(70), and a sacrificial anode(80). The housing composed of conductive materials is installed in a measuring pipe of an ultrasonic flow meter. An inner space par is formed inside the housing. The ultrasonic vibrator installed in the inner side of the housing is electrically connected to a power source and vibrates, thereby transmitting and receiving the ultrasonic waves. The sacrificial anode is joined to the housing and formed with a material in which an ionization tendency is larger than a material of the measuring pipe.

본 발명은 다회선초음파유량계 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 유관 내를 흐르는 유체의 유속이나 유량을 측정하기 위하여, 유관에 복수의 초음파 센서를 설치하는 다회선초음파유량계 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다회선초음파유량계 제조장치는 내부로 유체가 흐르는 유관에 복수의 초음파 센서를 설치하기 위한 것으로서, 일방향으로 길게 형성되어 상기 유관의 상측에 수평하게 배치되는 레일과, 수직 방향으로 길게 형성되며, 레일의 길이방향을 따라 이동가능하도록 상기 레일에 결합되는 한 쌍의 다리부재와, 다리부재의 길이방향을 따라 이동가능하도록 각 다리부재에 서로 이격되게 결합되는 복수의 간격부재와, 바 형상으로 이루어져 레일과 나란하게 배치되며, 레일의 길이방향으로 이동가능하도록 각 간격부재에 결합되는 복수의 고정바와, 레일을 유관에 대하여 승강시키는 승강유닛을 포함한다. 초음파 센서, 지그, 레일

PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing an ultrasonic multi-path flow meter is provided to prevent a pair of ultrasonic wave calling side from twisting by preventing a spacer and a bridge member from twisting. CONSTITUTION: A rail(210) is horizontally arranged on the upper of a flow path in a specific direction. A pair of bridge members(220) is connected to the rail and moves on the rail. A plurality of spacers(230) is combined in each bridge member and moves in the longitudinal direction of the bridge member. A plurality of fixed bars(240) is combined with each spacer, located in a row with the rail and moves in the longitudinal direction of a rail. An elevating unit(250) elevates the rail to the flow path.

PURPOSE: A part assembling apparatus for a high-pressure fluid transfer pipe of a multi-path ultrasonic flowmeter is provided to easily perform part assembling work by maintaining pressure applied to a rod in an equilibrium state. CONSTITUTION: A part assembling apparatus for a high-pressure fluid transfer pipe of a multi-path ultrasonic flowmeter comprises a housing(10), a rod(30), a first sealing member(34), a detaching unit, and a pressing unit. The housing is connected to a valve coupled to a fluid transmission pipe. The rod reciprocates inside of the housing, and parts to be assembled to the fluid transfer pipe are separately coupled to a lower part of the rod. The first sealing member is placed between the outer surface of the rod and the inner surface of the hosing, and divides the inner space of the housing into a first space and second space, which are closed from each other. The detaching unit separately couples the parts from the rod. The pressing unit applies pressure to the rod in a downward direction by injecting fluids into the first space in response to the pressure applied to the rod in an upward direction.

본 발명은 고압용 유체이송관 부품 조립장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고압용 유체이소관 부품 조립장치는 유체가 흐르는 유체이송관에 장착된 밸브에 결합되는 중공형의 하우징, 하우징의 내부에 왕복이동 가능하게 삽입되며, 하단부에 유체이송관에 조립될 부품이 분리가능하게 결합되는 로드, 로드의 외주면과 하우징의 내주면 사이에 개재되어, 하우징 내부의 공간을 상호 밀폐되어 있는 제1공간부 및 제2공간부의 2개의 공간으로 분리하는 제1실링부재, 부품을 로드로부터 분리가능하게 하는 결합시키는 착탈수단 및 유체이송관으로부터 배출되는 유체에 의하여 로드에 상방향으로 가해지는 압력에 대응하여, 제1공간부에 유체를 주입하여 로드에 대하여 하방향으로 압력을 인가하는 가압수단을 구비하는데 특징이 있다.

PURPOSE: A protective case for a watertight pressure transmitter for protecting surge and a watertight pressure transmitter module for protecting the surge comprising the same are provided to prevent the surge from becoming transferred to a pressure transmitter from a water pipe and to enable the pressure to be accurately measured. CONSTITUTION: A protective case for a watertight pressure transmitter for protecting surge comprises a first housing(10), an isolating bushing(20) and a second housing(30). The first housing is connected to a target of which pressure is measured. The first housing comprises an inlet hole into which the fluid flows. The isolating bushing is connected to the first housing. The isolating bushing comprises a penetration hole communicated with the inlet hole. To the isolating bushing, the connection part(201) of a pressure transmitter(200) is connected. The second housing is connected to the first housing so that the pressure transmitter is arranged between the first housing and the second housing.
