    Abstract: PURPOSE: A dry ultrasonic flowmeter which is attached to the exterior of a flow pipe is provided to measure the propagation speed of ultrasonic wave and calculate the accurate flow rate of fluid using the measured speed. CONSTITUTION: A dry ultrasonic flowmeter(100) comprises a housing(10), ultrasonic oscillators(20), a temperature sensor(30), and a controller. A fluid flows inside the housing. The ultrasonic oscillators are attached to the housing and transmit/receive the flow direction of the fluid and ultrasonic wave. The temperature sensor is installed in a flow pipe(2) to measure the temperature of the fluid. The controller is electrically connected to the temperature sensor.
