Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition containing perfluoro alkyl silicone polymer which has excellent water resistance and oil resistance, as well as compatibility. Therefore, it has long lasting property. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition is characterized by containing perfluoro alkyl silicone polymer that is represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 and R'1 represent a C1-6 linear or branched alkyl group or phenyl group; R2 is a C6-24 linear or branched alkyl group; Rf is a (CF2)bCF3 linear or branched fluor alkyl group, wherein b is an integer of 0-10; a is an integer of 0-10; and l, m and n represent an integer of 1-150, respectively.
