Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for diet management are provided to classify personal data of users by body type, and offer a customized solution according to diet objective, lifestyle analysis result, and state diagnosis data that are classified by the body type. CONSTITUTION: A diet management server receives person informative data of a user from an information input terminal through a data transmitting/receiving unit(S310). The diet management server generates body type classification data by classifying users by body types with received state diagnosis data, and transmits the generated body type classification data to a data DB though the data transmitting/receiving unit(S320). A lifestyle analysis unit of the diet management server generates result of lifestyle analysis according to received lifestyle data(S330). A solution generation unit of the diet management server generates a solution for each user using a solution data DB based on a diet objective of each user, the analysis result of lifestyle and state diagnosis data(S340). A customization service providing unit of the diet management server provides a customized solution which is changed in accordance with a current situation of the user by receiving the current situation of the user(S350).
