Abstract: A make-up cosmetic composition is provided to effectively alleviate rigidity and unpleasant feeling caused by facial and muscular fatigue without causing any side effects such as skin irritation even if it is applied to skin for a long period of time. The make-up cosmetic composition comprises 0.01-30 wt.% of at least one magnetically hard particle selected from the group consisting of barium ferrite, strontium ferrite and neodymium. In the composition, the size of the magnetically hard particle is 100-20,000 nanometers and the magnetic field strength thereof is 200-30,000 Oe(OERSTED).
