Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese medicine cosmetic composition produced by mixing a saponification base with galenical extracts, wherein the saponification base is produced by adding a neutralizer to one or more selected from a group consisting of palm oil, palm kernel oil, cocoanut oil, rice bran oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, camellia oil, sunflower seed oil, avocado oil, soybean oil and cotton seed oil of vegetable oils. SOLUTION: The Chinese medicine cosmetic soap composition is produced by mixing a vegetable oil selected from a group consisting of palm oil, palm kernel oil, cocoanut oil, rice bran oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, camellia oil, sunflower seed oil, avocado oil, soybean oil and cotton seed oil of high-grade cosmetic oils with a neutralizer to produce a saponification base and mixing the saponification base with galenical extracts, wherein the composition is improved in problems concerning to skin tenseness, moisture retention and skin stimulation after use, which are disadvantages of the usual soaps.
