Abstract: A lip makeup cosmetic product is provided to be adequate for people having a lip color of expressing no color presented in the product by expressing various colors without changing through application of a color expressing base part first to the lip and then applying a color expressing part thereto. Abstract: A lip cosmetic composition comprising medicinal herb extracts is provided to improve atopy skin symptoms including xerosis, itching and erythema, minimize skin irritation, and improve safety of use when it is applied to the skin, so that lips showing atopy symptoms are treated.
