Abstract: A method for manufacturing the chip type powder cosmetic is provided to improve the productivity and allow the high speed and mass production by obtaining the powder fact in which the multi-color chips are mixed, and enhance use convenience by allowing the various toning according to the intention of user. The manufacturing method of the chip type powder cosmetic comprises the steps of: preparing the powder contents having different colors in the form of kneading; molding the powder contents having different colors into the granules with viscosity by using a filtering net; drying the granule type powder contents to create the color chip type; mixing the powder contents with various colors in the form of chip in the free ratio; charging the mixture into the powder dish; and pressurizing the powder dish having the color chip with multi-colors to remove gaps between the color chips and prepare the singlet in which the color chips with multi-colors are mixed in the powder dish through the compressive strain of these color chips at the same time.

Abstract: 본 발명은 파우더 팩트와 같은 메이크업에 적용되는 화장품에 대한 것으로, 특히 칩 형태로 성형된 색상별 화장품 내용물을 건조시켜, 이들을 자유 비율로 혼합한 상태에서 이를 단일의 내부접시에 가압 성형하여 칩 형태를 갖는 화장품을 제조함으로써, 색상별로 성형된 컬러 칩의 혼합 비율을 자유자재로 변경할 수 있어 컬러 칩 간의 혼합비율에 따라 수없이 많은 색상의 파우더 화장품을 생산할 수 있어 소비자의 취향을 충분히 만족시킬 수 있는 것이며, 칩 형태로 된 파우더 내용물이 혼합 형성되어 있으므로 사용자는 자신이 원하는 색상의 칩을 이용한 화장이나 이들 칩에 의한 다양한 컬러를 조색하여 사용할 수 있어 더욱 합리적인 것이며, 구분 형성된 컬러 칩을 혼합하여 가압 성형하는 과정을 거치게 되므로 생산공정의 단순화를 통해 생산속도의 향상 및 원가절감을 실현할 수 있어 매우 경제적인 특징을 갖는 칩형 파우더 화장품의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의한 칩형 파우더 화장품에 관한 것이다.
