Abstract: A system for managing a conference based on the online network is provided to enable each conference subject to avoid various problems owing to inefficient preparation, progress, and settlement of the conference by enabling a convener to easily process the conference in a unified computing infrastructure. A conference management server(111) is selectively connected to an online service server(101) and a messaging server(103), and generally controls guiding procedures related to convocation/settlement. A convocation guiding module(210) reserves resources required for processing the conference by communicating with the online service server and the messaging server, and transmits conference data to a message account of each conference subject(1a-1c) while operating a convocation guide window. A minutes making guide module(220) transmits minutes data to the message account of each conference subject and attaches a conference evaluation sheet to a part of the minutes data by communicating with the messaging server while operating a minutes making guide window.
