상기 사용자가 수동으로 도어를 미는 힘을 전달 받은 구동기어와 맞물리는 제 1, 2랙기어에 의한 동력전달을 이용함으로 내구성 증가 및 유지, 보수비용이 감소할 뿐만 아니라 복잡한 구조 대신 미관 또한 우수한 수동 슬라이딩 도어를 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: A safe locking device for emergency escape of a door for a large freezer/refrigerator is provided to let a person recognize a door unlock device by separating a hanging unit even in locking the door while the person is locked in the large freezer/refrigerator. In a safe locking device for emergency escape of a door for a large freezer/refrigerator, a lock fixing piece(90) has a locking ring(100) at the lower part of a wall body(B,W) formed at the side of one door or the corresponding door. A hanging unit input hole is formed on an inner surface of the center portion at the inside of the door. An input hole is formed at a side section to connect with the inner surface of the center portion. A hanging unit(10) and a connecting rod(40) are inserted into the door and joined with each other. The hanging unit has a rotary handle unit(20) made of soft materials and an insertion unit(30) protruded in a screw form. The connecting rod comprises an insertion hole(50) formed at one side, wherein the inner bore of the insertion hole is formed as a screw type corresponding to the exterior shape of the insertion unit to receive the insertion unit; a hinge(60) formed on the other end; a fixing ring(70) turned by the hinge and including a fixing groove in the center; and a packing unit(140) disposed in the middle. The packing unit is closely contacted and fixed to the lateral side of the door by inserting the connecting rod into the connecting rod input hole. The rotary handle unit closely contacts to the inner surface of the door by fitting the insertion unit into the hanging unit input hole. The hanging unit and the connecting rod are connected by fitting the end of the insertion unit to the insertion hole. And then, the locking device is joined by turning the fixing ring and settling the fixing ring to the locking ring of the lock fixing piece.
