Abstract: PURPOSE: Mascara is provided to conveniently use a mascara liquid before being solidified and to enhance rotation rate by maximally supplying a small capacity of mascara. CONSTITUTION: Mascara comprises: a container body(110) for storing a mascara liquid; an inner cap which is coupled to the container body; a fixing member(130) fixed at the upper end of the inner cap; a handle part(140) which is mounted at the outside and covers the fixing member; an extension rod(150) fixed at the inner cap; a coating device(160) which coats the mascara liquid; and an elastic member(170) formed between the handle part and the extension rod.
